Summary. There are three interprovincial agreements that have an impact on procurement activities of educational institutions based in Quebec: the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), the Agreement on the opening of public procurement for New-Brunswick and Québec and the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Ontario and Québec. One of the objectives of these agreements is to eliminate.
